Age: 20 years
Gender: Male

Generalized atrophy of body and tail of pancreas with diffuse parenchymal calcification and intraductal calculi. No peripancreatic fat stranding to suggest any acute on chronic exacerbation. No upstream CBD obstruction. No gall stones.
