Patient Data



The spleen is markedly enlarged, and its cephalocaudal height is measured 253 mm.
In addition, multiple para aortocaval and mesenteric lymphadenopathies are observed. Some of them show conglomerate appearance and encase mesenteric vessels.
Multiple lymphadenopathies are also seen at bilateral parailiac and inguinal regions as well as perirectal space.
Case Discussion
Massive splenomegaly with multiple abdominopelvic lymphadenopathies; known pathology proven case of chronic lymphocytic leukemia, a hematological malignancy characterized by the proliferation of mostly mature but abnormal leukocytes.
