Headache, posterior discharges, sinusitis resistant to treatment.

Gender: Male

Computed tomography demonstrates mucosal inflammatory changes with sclerotic bone thickening and irregular borders of the inner walls of both maxillary sinuses.

Case Discussion

Given the clinical context and findings on CT can speak of a chronic sinusitis.
