intra-medullary collection (Brodie's abscess)
cloacas along with left femur distal diaphysis lateral margin traversing the quadriceps femoris vastus intermedius and vastus lateralis
soft tissue inflammatory changes in the middle and distal parts of the left thigh

MRI imaging findings of the left femur mid to distal diaphysis including bone marrow edema, intramedullary abscess formation, soft tissue inflammation, cloaca formation, and cortical destructive changes are characteristic of chronic osteomyelitis.
