Soft tissue density material occupying partially the left middle ear cavity without ossicular chain destruction

Mastoid air cells are partially obliterated on this side as well.

Case Discussion

CT finding in keeping with left-sided chronic otitis media with mastoid effusion.

No signs of bone erosion suggest cholesteatoma.
