Chronic left ear pain, and discharge.

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
ct

Partially opacification of the left middle ear cleft and mastoid air cells with soft tissue density.
Tympanic membrane thickening and retraction.

No bony erosion. 

Intact scutum, ossicles and tegmen tympani.
