CT scan reveals innumerable coarse calcifications throughout the pancreas associated with dilatation of main pancreatic duct.
Case Discussion
This CT finding is indicative of idiopathic chronic pancreatitis. There is no underlying cause in this case and ethiology in this case is unknown.
