Axial C+ delayed

Irregular mass arising from the anteroinferior wall consistent with adherent thrombus in the right main pulmonary artery and lower lobe branches.
Case Discussion
This should be contrasted with acute embolism that acts as a filling defect in the lumen. It can sometimes calcify and present clinically as pulmonary hypertension.
