Extensive right-sided encephalomalacia/gliosis in keeping with a history of right MCA territory infarct. Hypodensity within the right internal capsule, cerebral peduncle, midbrain and pons in keeping with Wallerian degeneration. Mild ex-vacuo dilatation of the right lateral ventricle.
