Chronic sphenoidal sinusitis

Marked left sphenoidal mucosal thickening associated with hyperostosis of the sinus walls. Bilateral minimal thickening of the maxillary sinus mucosa. Interestingly the sphenoid ostium looks patent on this side.

Findings suggestive of chronic sinusitis of the left sphenoidal sinus.
