Soft tissue swelling with increased density around the bilateral knee joints, likely represent tophi.
Decrease in the knee joint spaces on either side, secondary osteoarthritis.
Mild soft tissue swelling with juxta-articular bony erosion with sclerosed margin in the small joints of the hand and feet at multiple sites.
Case Discussion
The X-ray findings are consistent with advanced gouty arthritis.
