Wedge-shaped hypodensities are noted involving grey matter and subcortical white matter in border zones of left fronto-parietal and parieto-occipital regions suggestive of external/cortical watershed infarcts.

Hypodensities are noted involving right peri-ventricular region and corona radiata suggestive of chronic small vessel disease.

Case Discussion

CT findings of watershed infarcts in left cerebral hemispheres involving external border zones between the territories of the ACA/MCA and MCA/PCA on left side along with chronic small vessel disease as described above.
