Mildly enlarged liver.
Prominent mesenteric lymph nodes of up to borderline diameter.
Right hepatic artery replaced to the SMA.
Circumaortic left renal vein, with a duplicated retroaortic left renal vein that fuses at the left renal hilum.
Case Discussion
A duplicated retroaortic left renal vein is very rare.
An even rarer variant is when it forms the posterior part of a circumaortic left renal vein.
