Presentation
Work up for elevated liver enzymes.
Patient Data

The liver has an irregular margin in keeping with cirrhosis. No hepatic mass is identified in the current study.
Some dilated collateral vessels are seen at perigastric, distal paraoesophageal regions and around the spleen hilum.
The spleen is enlarged, and its cephalocaudal height measured 190 mm.
Several prominent mesenteric and para aortocaval lymph nodes are observed.
The Butterfly vertebra is present at the L5 level as a congenital anomaly.
Case Discussion

There is also a Butterfly vertebra at the L5 level, a type of vertebral anomaly that results from the failure of fusion of the lateral halves of the vertebral body.
