Presentation

Abdominal progressive distension and elevated liver enzymes.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Female
ct

The liver has a nodular margin in keeping with cirrhosis. No hepatic mass is identified in the current study.

A moderate amount of ascites are present.

Dilated collateral vessels are seen at the upper perigastric, distal paraesophageal and splenorenal regions.

The spleen is enlarged and its cephalocaudal height measured 175 mm. 

Fat containing umbilical hernia is noted.

The uterus is enlarged and the endometrium is thickened.
