The liver is atrophic and has an irregular margin in keeping with cirrhosis. No hepatic mass is identified in the current study.
Multiple dilated collateral vessels are seen at peripancreatic, perisplenic, distal para oesophagal and splenorenal regions suggesting portal hypertension.
The spleen is enlarged, and its cephalocaudal height measured 155 mm.
The prostate gland is enlarged.
Case Discussion
Cirrhosis with evidence of portal hypertension and splenomegaly.
