Presentation

65 years old male was referred for evaluation of the classical triad of gait disturbance,urinary incontinence,and dementia.

Patient Data

Age: 65
Gender: Male

MR images show grossly dilated ventricles without evidence of obstruction or brain atrophy.There was  C.S.F. flow void in the aqueduct of Sylvius ( seen as black area in transverse section at midbrain level )

The corpus callosum was thinned out and bowed.
