A traffic signal pole has fallen down on the patient's left shoulder. Fractured left clavicle suspected.

Clavicle and rib fractures
Frontal
- Left: AP clavicle view (good view of fractured ribs here)
- Right: AP axial clavicle view, caudo-cranial tube orientation (-15°/-20°)
Middle-third left clavicle fracture and multiple left ribs fractures (2nd, 3rd, 4th).
After finding fractured ribs, Chest XR is quickly required.
