Elderly patient. Shortness of breath. Vague history of fall.

Lateral third of clavicle fracture. Lungs clear. No pneumothorax.

Case Discussion

As part of the final fellowship exam in the UK (for FRCR) a rapid reporting exam is performed.

This is typical film - a single abnormality. Often at the periphery of the film to ensure the reporter is thorough and complete in film assessment.
