Direct trauma to the left shoulder.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Left shoulder

x-ray

Left clavicular fracture is present at the middle and distal thirds. 

There is significant displacement of the fracture ends.

Coracoclavicular distance, acromioclavicular joint, and glenohumeral joint appear normal.
