Severely comminuted, displaced fracture of the mid-shaft of the left clavicle with depression of the lateral fracture fragment and comminution of the vertically oriented central fracture fragments. The acromioclavicular joint appears enlocated.

A comminuted fracture is noted with overlap and angulation. Callus is noted around the fracture fragments.
