Clavicle fracture

A fracture through the middle third of the left clavicle is noted, medial to the coracoclavicular ligaments.
Case Discussion
Left clavicular fracture - the vast majority of clavicular fractures (69-82%) occur in the midshaft, at or near the junction of the middle and outer third (as in this case). These fractures occur medial to the coracoclavicular ligament.
