Middle third displaced clavicle fracture with inferior displacement of the distal fragment, overlap and shortening by 4 cm. There is a fractured displaced bone segment (intermediate three-fifth of the clavicle) at the fracture site with vertical orientation.
Case Discussion
Fracture clavicle involving intermediate three-fifth with displaced bone segment, considered as Robinson 2B2 fracture. Surgical fixation of clavicle fractures is needed if there is more than 2 cm overlap, marked displacement of the fracture fragments, and tenting of the overlying skin.
