There is contour abnormality near the medial end of the left clavicle.

There is a clear breach of clavicular cortex near its medial end. There is associated adjacent soft tissue edema.
Case Discussion
An infant presented with excessive crying along with swelling near the medial end of the clavicle. Radiograph shows the altered contour of left clavicle on medial aspect without obvious cortical breach which was well appreciated with ultrasound.
