Old un-united fractures with mild displacement of the spinous process of C7 and T1 vertebrae consistent with a probable prior Clay-shoveler fracture.
Case Discussion
Old un-united Clay-shoveler fractures in a young man. Often these injuries are unrecognised at the time and only found incidentally years later when the cervical spine is imaged for other reasons.
