Age: 26
Gender: Male

Minimally displaced fractures of the spinous processes of C4 and C7. Cervical alignment is otherwise within normal limits.

Case Discussion

Clay shoveler fractures are ones through the spinous processes of the cervicothoracic junction. They are usually isolated but are uncommonly multiple.
