A left cerebellopontine angle heterogeneous lobulated mass with multiple cystic components. Signs of calcification on SWI present. The mass exerts mass effect in the form of compression of the 4th ventricle and compression of the brain stem.
Case Discussion
The patient went on to have surgery.
Postoperative histology: clear cell meningioma (WHO grade II).
