Presentation

Right flank pain.

Patient Data

Age: 50 years
Gender: Female
ct

Well-encapsulated exophytic right renal mass isodense to the renal cortex with vivid heterogeneous enhancement on the arterial phase and washout in the portal phase. A mass effect is noted on the upper calyx with no extension to the renal sinus.  No extrarenal extension is seen. The right renal vein and IVC are patent. No abdominal lymphadenopathy. 

No distant metastasis.

Small subaponeurotic lipoma of the right lower thoracic wall is noted.
