Presentation

Difficulty in passing urine.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
X-ray

20 x 10 mm calculus overlying the upper half of the pubic symphysis. Another radiopacity is seen on right side of pelvis at ischial spine level possibly distal ureteric calculus.

Ultrasound

20 mm calculus in prostatic urethra.

Calculus in prostatic urethra, also known as a clear space calculus.
