Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
Modality: X-ray

20 x 10 mm calculus overlying the upper half of the pubic symphysis. Another radiopacity is seen on right side of pelvis at ischial spine level possibly distal ureteric calculus.

Modality: Ultrasound

20 mm calculus in prostatic urethra.
