Complete left maxillary paramedian bony defect, measuring about 1.5 x 1.1 cm in maximum axial cross sections , The bony defect shows slightly everted edges.
- mucosal soft tissue lining are seen creeping over the bone defect with oro-antral fistula anteriorly and soft tissue densities sealing the posterior defect
- associated left cleft lip defect
- deviation of the bony nasal septum to the left side, union of the inferior aspect with the intact anterior aspect of the right hard palate
- bulbous deformity of the soft palate
- slight prominence of the left inferior nasal turbinate with mild encroachment on the hard palate bony defect
- chonchae bullosae especially more on the right
- enlarged adenoid encroaching upon the nasopharynx
