Presentation

An infant with medical issues from birth.

Patient Data

Age: 4 months
Gender: Male
x-ray

Both clavicles are absent.

Cardiothymic size normal. Lungs clear.

x-ray

Multiple wormian bones.

The anterior fontanelle is closed.

Case Discussion

The chest radiograph appearances are an Aunt Minnie.

Multiple findings may be present in the skull, including wormian bones.

Cleidocranial dysostosis is the C in the PORKCHOPS mnemonic for conditions associated with wormian bones.
