Clival destruction.

mri

MRI revealed a retroclival mass, which was intensely hyperintense on T2WI. Clival invasion was noted.

ct

CT showed peripheral calcification of the lesion.

Possibilities of chordoma & chondrosarcoma were considered.

The patient was operated - Biopsy revealed clival chondrosarcoma.
