From top to bottom Post Gad sag, T1 FLAIR sag, DWI axial.
Note contrast enhancing foramen magnum meningioma (based on location and appearance). No DWI restriction therefore unlikely to be epidural abcess.
Meningioma is compressing against the anterior medulla oblongata.
