CSF cleft lined by thickened, irregular grey matter is seen in the right parietal region, reaching up to the surface of the right lateral ventricle. These findings are especially well seen on T2 and T1 coronal images.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a closed lip schizencephaly and likely the cause of patient's seizures.
