Axial T2
Grey matter-lined tract connecting the ependyma of the right lateral ventricle to the cortex of the right parietal region. The sides of the cleft are well-opposed with no gapping. Absent septum pellucidum. No other gross abnormality.
Case Discussion
The case demonstrates schizencephaly in a patient with seizures since childhood.
