Coronal and axial images demonstrate small bowel dilatation consistent with obstruction. The small bowel loops are arranged in a characteristic radial fashion in the lower abdomen and there are two separate points of obstruction. Small amount of ascites is also noted. There is an incidental horseshoe kidney.
