There are multiple well defined discrete areas of blood attenuation are seen in the bilateral supratentorial brain parenchyma suggestive of intracranial intraparenchymal hemorrhage.
Basal ganglia, posterior fossa structures, ventricular system and basal cisterns are unremarkable.
Impression: Multiple descrete bilateral supratentorial intraparenchymal cerebral hemorrhage.
Imaging features in most coagulopathies are similar. Although bleeding can occur at any location, the most common site in these patients is supratentorial and intraparenchymal1.
