Hypertension and antecedent bicuspid aortic valve.

Patient Data

Age: 3 years
Gender: Male

Chest x-ray demonstrates slight indentation of aorta (Figure 3 sign).

CTA Aorta

The CTA confirms the presence of coarctation of the aorta at the isthmus at the origin of the ductus arteriosus.

Opacification of the ductus arteriosus is observed in its entire length from its origin from the aorta.
