Easy fatigability and occasional chest pain

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Frontal chest radiograph shows the figure 3 sign at the aorta. There is also rib notching, best seen at the mid-clavicular line of the posterior 7th ribs bilaterally.

CT angiography confirms coarctation of the aorta with dilated intercostal collateral vessels.
