Inferior pelvic mass.

Gender: Female

A large lobulated cystic structure is noted in the posterior pelvis, extending along the anterior aspect of the sacrum and coccyx. It protrudes into the perineum. 

Case Discussion

Surgical pathology confirmed the diagnosis of a coccygeal cystic teratoma.
