Operated for spinal lipomeningomyelocoele with swelling over coccyx.

Patient Data

Gender: Male
  • Operated lumbo-sacral lipomenongomyelocele with low-lying, tethered spinal cord. 
  • Osteomyelitis of coccyx 
  • Abscess/ collection in the soft tissue surrounding the coccyx. 

Case Discussion

These findings represents operated spinal dysraphism with osteomyelitis of coccyx and pericoccygeal soft tissue abscess.
