Gender: Male

ET tube tip at T3, well above carina.
UVC catheter tip coiled in a position projected over liver, likely in portal vein.

Partial left upper lobe collapse.
Lungs are clear.
Non-specific bowel gas pattern.

Case Discussion

Umbilical venous catheter position is important to ascertain after they have been inserted. They may be too high (right atrium or above) or too low (over the liver). Sometimes, they can get coiled (like this example) or meander their way down branch vessels.
