Pelvic varices bilaterally; tortuous and dilated ovarian veins, especially on the left, which communicates with perirenal and along splenic hilum varices. Subcutaneous abdominal wall varicosities.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent resection of leiomyosarcoma of the inferior vena cava with bilateral renal vein resection. Reconstruction of the renal veins with vascular prosthesis. There was made also a partial hepatectomy (VI segment).
