Colloid cyst

No intra- or extra-axial collection or hemorrhage demonstrated. Hyperdense focus demonstrated anterior to the third ventricle consistent with a colloid cyst. Ventricular size is unchanged with no evidence of hydrocephalus.
Case Discussion
While small and stable compared to prior imaging for 15 years, it is still worth mentioning this probable colloid cyst as they can cause acute hydrocephalus and sudden/unexpected death.
