Colloid cyst

A small nodular hyperdense lesion of about 6 x 5 mm noted at anterior third ventricle at the level of foramen of munro.
Case Discussion
Colloid cyst is a benign epithelial lined cyst. Most common location is inferior aspect of septum pellucidum protruding into anterior portion of third ventricle.
Differential diagnosis are meningioma, subependymal giant cell astrocytoma.
