There is a well-demarcated round hyperdense lesion (68HU) at the roof of the 3rd ventricle in the midline. No hydrocephalus.
The interhemispheric fissure is centered on the midline.
The brain parenchyma appears normal. Normal grey-white matter differentiation is preserved.
