A small round-shaped, hyperdense lesion located near the interventricular foramina of Monro however, no definite dilatation of the lateral ventricle is seen.

Case Discussion

CT findings with typical location of the lesion are more in favour of colloid cyst of the third ventricle with out definite obstruction as described above.
