An enlarged, cystic, right colloid nodule measuring 36.4 x 22.4 x 27.0 mm is identified.
There is a complex appearance suggesting a combination of necrosis, hemorrhage and calcifications.

The cine loop demonstrates the cystic colloid nodule with hemorrhage and necrosis. There are associated calcifications giving rise to the comet tail artifact.
