Colocolic intussusception

CT demonstrates the intussusception of the transverse colon and splenic flexure into the descending colon. There is a well-defined, lobulated lipomatous lesion (-20 HU) most compatible with lipoma at the leading point. The lesion was measured 47x40 mm.
