Colocolic intussusception due to tumoral infiltration

Increased wall thickness due to tumoral infiltration is present at the distal of descending colon, causing short segment colocolic intussusception. Mild pericolic fat stranding and several regional enlarged lymph nodes are also observed.
Case Discussion
Pathology proved colon adenocarcinoma causes colocolic intussusception.
Gastrointestinal malignancy, particularly colorectal cancer, is the most common cause of intussusception in adults, accounting for 65% of cases.
